The Problem

Uniform Operations relied on manually emailed Excel files from factories to track performance, resulting in three key challenges:

My Solution

  • Developed a 500+ line SQL query to merge factory data sources and automate key metric calculations, delivering results 95% faster than the previous manual process

  • Leveraged common table expressions (CTEs) to structure logic and enable week-over-week calculations

  • Designed and iterated Power BI dashboards in collaboration with managers across Uniform Operations to support clear storytelling around delivery performance

  • Tailored visualizations to the needs of different functions, making it easier to identify problem areas and take action on delayed shipments
